About Sadie

I am an experienced biology tutor with a BSc in Biology and 4+ years of teaching. I focus on developmental biology and embryology, covering cell differentiation, morphogenesis, organogenesis, and genetic control of development. Using comparative embryology and model organisms, I make intricate processes easier to understand. I ensure students connect theory with real examples. I have supported biology majors and future developmental scientists, helping them excel in academics and research skills. Critical thinking and reasoning are core to my teaching. Lessons are interactive, encouraging discussion, questions, and confidence in understanding development. I aim to make students comfortable with both concepts and applications. Together, we will explore the journey from a single cell to a complex organism. Let’s unlock the amazing story of life’s development together.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching biology emphasizes critical thinking and evidence-based understanding. I cover molecular biology, cell biology, genetics, evolutionary biology, natural selection, and phylogenetics.
I simplify difficult concepts using clear explanations and examples from everyday life. Students are encouraged to think, discuss, and reason actively.
With expertise in Food Chemistry and Green Chemistry, I link biology to practical applications. Lessons focus on analyzing evidence and applying knowledge critically.
I aim to strengthen understanding of life’s diversity and evolutionary processes. Students gain confidence explaining biology’s major ideas.
Each session is tailored to help students excel academically and intellectually. Curiosity, independent learning, and a love for biology are central goals.
