I’ve known Ella since 6th grade, and one thing that’s always stood out to me is how passionate she is about what she does, especially when it comes to biology and explaining biological processes. She genuinely enjoys teaching and helping people understand things, which is one of the reasons I find her so reliable. What I appreciate most about her teaching style is that she’s patient, supportive, and easy to learn from, but she also doesn’t sugarcoat things and will be honest about what you need to improve. I’ve had moments where I was confused on a topic and after she explained it step by step, it clicked almost immediately. She makes learning feel a lot less intimidating, and you can tell she actually cares about helping people succeed.
