About Adrash
I have always enjoyed maths and helping others understand it. I achieved an A in GCSE Maths, an A in A-level Maths, and a First-Class degree in Accountancy and Finance, giving me a strong understanding of mathematical topics and problem-solving.
I became a tutor because I saw that many students struggle with maths not because they lack ability, but because topics have not been explained in a way that works for them. I enjoy helping students overcome these challenges and build confidence in their abilities.
One of the most rewarding aspects of tutoring is seeing a student go from struggling with a topic to understanding it with confidence. I take pride in finding explanations that help difficult topics finally click.
Over the past year, I have tutored ten GCSE students, helping them improve their confidence and understanding of maths. My goal is to help students achieve better grades while developing the skills to succeed independently.

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs and learning style. I focus on ensuring students fully understand each topic before moving on, breaking down complex concepts into simple, manageable steps.
A typical lesson includes a review of previous topics, clear explanations of new concepts, guided practice questions, and exam-style problems to reinforce understanding. I encourage students to ask questions throughout and provide a supportive environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.
Whether a student is aiming to improve their confidence, catch up on missed topics, or achieve higher grades, I adapt my approach to help them reach their goals. My aim is to make maths less intimidating, more enjoyable, and ultimately easier to understand.
