This course is for parents who want to actively and effectively work towards the safe return of their children. **Course Goal:** To equip parents with the knowledge, practical skills, and advocacy tools necessary to understand and meet their reunification case plan goals efficiently, effectively communicate with all parties, and navigate the California juvenile dependency court system in a compressed timeframe, thereby increasing their likelihood of timely reunification. * **"This course provides general information about the California child welfare system and reunification process. It is NOT a substitute for legal advice. Every case is unique. You MUST consult with your assigned attorney and work closely with your social worker for guidance specific to your situation."** * **"Completion of this course does not guarantee reunification. The child's safety and well-being are the court's paramount concerns. Your consistent and genuine effort to meet your case plan goals is essential."** * **"Time is limited in reunification cases.
