About Mara
I am a Nursing Student at Ohio State looking to tutor a graded school student. I received Honor Roll all through High School and have been on the Dean's List every semester so far. I am easy-going, personable, and can help break down challenging concepts for better understanding. I am patient and will work through challenges as many times as needed until the student is confident in their abilities.

My teaching method can change based on what's best for your child and the subject at hand. I like to start by them telling me what they already know and then going through work the together. I prefer to begin with the big picture of the problem/concept at hand and dig farther into it the more your child begins to understand the basics. I can supply additional materials such as videos or examples to help aid in understanding as well.
