About Rose
I am an Occupational Therapist and have experiences in various settings including mental health. I had been helping my clients to deal with stress, anxiety and depression in many unique ways. Client's mental health well-being is my top priority indeed.

I teach through theory and practical. Therapy is 10% consultation while another 90% will be clients' willing to cope up with situations and learn to master own minds. But do not worry as I will be guiding you so that you will not need any medication for relief.
