About Javairiya
Speaking your mind in English should never feel like trying to win a battle with yourself. Yet for so many brilliant, capable professionals the moment English is required, their tongue feels tied. The thoughts are there. The knowledge is there. The words just won't come.
I've been there too. And I want to help.
I've taught at The City School, handled administration at The Beaconhouse School System, led a copywriting team for a U.S.-based coaching firm from my own desk in Pakistan, and contributed as a designer with The Citizens Foundation. Different roles, different rooms, different challenges! Yet I won't pretend I have all the answers. But I will offer a map, and I'm ready to walk with you on this challenging path.
And by the time we're done, English won't feel like someone else's language anymore. It'll feel like yours, enabling you to say exactly what you mean with CONFIDENCE, in any room, to any person, at any moment that matters.

Are you tired of speaking PERFECT English in your mind, but having the words come out all wobbly when you try to say them out loud?
Do you WANT to get rid of that embarrassing hesitation in the conference room that prevents your brilliant ideas from reaching the ears of your colleagues and superiors?

I do not aim to train you to sound British, American, or Aussie. Instead, the goal of this course is to help you understand professional English and express yourself with clarity, confidence, and ease.
The 15 days will be spread over a period of a month and a half, during which you will receive language classes every week for 3 consecutive days of your choice.
Here’s the simple breakdown of the course:
→ Week One: Mindset Training
In week one, we will explore your fears around speaking English and work through them using simple mindset training, exercises, and engaging activities.
→ Week Two: Foundational Fluency
In week two, we will debunk myths around the overemphasis on English accents in Pakistani society and shift the focus to clear, effective communication. This includes technical aspects of Pakistani English, such as vowel length, consonant clusters, authoritative speaking, attentive listening, and more.
→ Weeks Three & Four: Professional Communication
In weeks three and four, we will support you in building functional language skills for real workplace scenarios. You will practice high-stake situations from your field, learn the art of persuasion and presentation in English, handle Q&As, and improve your phone and video communication.
→ Week Five: Confidence Master Class
From English fluency drills to workplace simulations, this 3-day masterclass is packed with high-intensity activities designed to help you show up as a fundamentally stronger communicator.
