About Kanika
I am a young professional working in the city as a Data Scientist for a brokering firm. I have been working in the financial industry for the past 3 years and have completed an undergrad in Mathematics and a Masters in 'Big Data and Quantitative Methods' from Warwick. I also dance professionally and have a passion to encourage more young students into excelling in Mathematics.

As a previous student who disliked maths and struggled in understanding it to someone who believes it is one of the most exciting subjects. I tend to focus on understanding the problems faces in exams from the base rather than just memorising ways to solve it. I believe that sometimes working from end to the start is a better solution in understanding a problem. And problems in maths have to be made challenging step by step rather than throwing someone into the deep end straight away.
