Both Murali and I started working together in 1997 at Standard Chartered. I learned a lot from him during my service at SCB. He is a mentor and guide for the entire team, who learned a lot from his leadership. He is very strong in data management and everything we do in the data space. His vision is always forward-looking, which helped in implementing cost-effective data delivery projects to provide greater business benefits. His end-to-end vision in whatever we do helped to increase revenue and reduce costs to implement such initiatives in the bank. His leadership and motivation drove the entire team to contribute towards various successful initiatives. Certainly, his communication skills will add to this position as well.

I have worked for Mr. Muralidharan for 12 years across two companies. He was one of the two shortlisted TDWI (The Data Warehousing Institute) lecturers for Asia Pacific. He is very strong on principles and fundamentals. He has over 30 years of industry experience in Data Management and Governance.
