About Ella

With a background in Computer Science and a Master’s in Applied Machine Learning, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I have extensive experience in building data analytics and data science models, which help companies leverage their data for actionable insights. My work has consistently helped businesses improve profits, reduce costs, and optimise their operations. In addition to my industry experience, I have taught data analytics and Python bootcamps across Africa and the UK. My teaching style is hands-on and interactive, focusing on real-world projects and industry scenarios. I have successfully taught a diverse range of students, from young children to adults, including those with no prior coding experience. My goal is to empower you with the skills and confidence to tackle computer science and data-related projects independently and collaborate effectively within teams.

About the lesson

My teaching style is very hands-on and interactive. I like to work on real projects with real industry scenarios alongside my students, letting them ask and answer questions as we go. I believe learning is a two-way street, and my goal is to make sure students can handle a project on their own and work well in teams by the end. Lessons typically last between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the student's pace, experience, and the depth needed. I've taught a wide range of students, from young kids to adults with maths and computer science backgrounds, as well as people with no coding experience at all.
