About Luka

Hi! My name is Luka, and I’m a student at Dartmouth who spent a lot of time learning how to increase my SAT score to a 1560. I recently went through the process, so I know what worked for me when learning the test and can guide you not just on the material, but exactly how to tackle it. I gained acceptances to numerous prestigious colleges including Georgetown, Dartmouth, and U of Michigan, and I believe a good SAT score solidly set me up as proof of my academic competence. I also have experience tutoring difficult concepts and breaking them down to simpler terms - I tutored people in high school and led a club where I’d often give lectures on complex topics.

About the lesson

My lessons include each section of the SAT, using real questions and working with students through them. I’ll teach all core concepts that appears in different forms on the test and pay special attention to the concepts that they struggle with the most.

I’ll look at the entire process and diagnose what needs the most improvement (maybe the student spends too much time on each question, or particularly struggles with nonlinear functions). I’ll walk them through that and teach them how to best approach practicing for improvement both in and outside of our lessons
