About Victoria
I am a graduate of the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet, I have extensive experience working with my own body, and also know the peculiarities of interaction with others. Over time, my focus shifted to a more in-depth study of anatomy and biomechanics, and I began to devote more time to the Pilates method. My goal is to make other people's lives more fulfilling and contribute to their healthy body.

Pilates presents an excellent opportunity to maintain vitality and fitness. I provide classes at a location of your convenience, requiring minimal equipment yet ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Each day, individuals engage in various activities, from bending to reach dropped items to carrying a child for extended periods or sitting at a desk for hours on end. These activities can strain unconditioned muscles and ligaments, impacting one's well-being. Properly selected exercise routines can improve your overall quality of life, allowing you to fully embrace joy without compromise.
