About Nastya

I am working as a sports coach and pole dance coach for 5 years. I am the winner of several Russian competitions. I have 17 years of dance experience and considerable experience in muscle training and stretching. Currently I am dedicated to aerial gymnastics, dance and sports training.

About the lesson

My goal is to motivate people to do sports, so that you love your body and the training process. Regardless of training level, at any time I will help you exercise all muscle groups online. It is much more suitable since you can exercise in the comfort of your home. Training is not a boring routine. Now I have no problems. Now I'm continuing to train with you and I'm working out at home according to your recommendations! I'm really happy and now I'm getting extra massage.
