About Mover
Hi, I’m a passionate dance and fitness instructor specializing in Zumba, aerobics, yoga, and exercise-based movement. I’ve been teaching for 1–2 years, and in that time I’ve learned that great classes aren’t about being perfect — they’re about energy, connection, and helping people feel good in their own bodies.
I started teaching because movement changed my life. Dance and fitness helped me build confidence, reduce stress, and enjoy exercise instead of fearing it. Now, my goal is to create a welcoming, fun, and judgment-free space where students of all levels feel supported, motivated, and proud of themselves.
I believe you don’t need to be an athlete or a professional dancer to enjoy movement. You just need the right guidance, good music, and a teacher who truly cares. My classes focus on safe technique, positive encouragement, and real results — whether that’s better fitness, flexibility, or simply leaving class smiling.

My classes are designed to be fun, effective, and accessible for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or already active. I combine dance, fitness, and mindful movement through Zumba, aerobics, yoga, and functional exercises to create sessions that energize the body while calming the mind.
Each class follows a well-balanced structure. We begin with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body and prevent injury, followed by the main workout section. This includes dance-based cardio, strength and toning movements, and flexibility work, depending on the class focus. We always finish with a cool-down and stretch, helping the body recover and leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
My teaching methodology focuses on clear instruction, positive motivation, and safe technique. I break down movements step by step, offer modifications for different fitness levels, and encourage students to move at their own pace. There is no pressure to be perfect — the goal is progress, confidence, and enjoyment.
What makes my classes unique is the supportive and judgment-free environment. I pay close attention to my students, adjust sessions based on their needs, and create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable, included, and motivated. Music, energy, and connection play a big role, making each class something students look forward to, not something they fear.
