About Karen
I am a certified English Teacher at Luis Amigo Catholic University from Medellin, Colombia. Through my teaching experience, I've come to understand that while the structural aspects of language are important, confidence in speaking plays a pivotal role in effective communication. This realization has reshaped my approach to teaching, emphasizing the cultivation of confidence alongside language proficiency.

As an experienced English teacher specializing in private classes, currently based in the United States, I focus on unstructured conversational English to provide my students with a genuine, everyday communication experience. My goal is to help them develop confidence and fluency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, enabling them to achieve their personal goals.
