About Jesse
2 years ago I completed a university degree in high school education majoring in Japanese language and minoring in Mathematics and IT. After graduating, I lived in Japan for two years to further develop both my speaking and listening skills. I have since recently moved back and am looking to now use my skills to teach Japanese to both beginners and more advanced learners.

I believe that immersion style teaching of Japanese is the most effective and this is what I model teaching around. When learning a language such as Japanese, the easiest skills to hone individually are those of writing and reading. By using immersion style teaching, it allows the learner to further naturally develop their listening and speaking skills and helps them to always be using all four of the main language skills whilst learning the language.
