About Limbu
Hi! I’m Yojana, I’m 17 and currently in sixth form. I’d describe myself as a fun, understanding, and approachable person who really enjoys helping others learn in a relaxed way. I love going on walks and going to the gym in my free time, as they help me stay focused and motivated. Although I’ve always enjoyed STEM subjects, I’ve realised I’m most passionate about essay-based subjects, where I can be creative and express ideas in different ways. I’ve struggled in the past to find the best ways to revise, but through a lot of trial and error, I’ve discovered techniques that actually work — and I love sharing those with my students to help them feel more confident and organised. My lessons are always fun, flexible, and tailored to each student. I’m happy to adjust lesson plans to suit their learning style, and they can always reach out to me privately if they need extra help or advice outside of class.

My English lessons are fun, relaxed, and always focused on what each student needs most. I believe English is such a powerful subject because it helps you express yourself clearly and understand the world from different perspectives, whether it’s through literature, writing, or discussion. I achieved a grade 9 in GCSE English Literature, and I now study Politics at A-Level, which has really strengthened my analytical writing and critical thinking skills. I’m very flexible with how I run lessons. I can adapt to each student’s learning style and rearrange sessions to suit what they prefer. Students can also message me privately if they ever want to ask extra questions or need extra help between lessons.
