About Padraig

I am currently undertaking a Masters degree in Ucd. I study Mechanical Engineering, hence covering a huge amount of maths and physics through my modules !

I really enjoy helping people understand topics they previously been able to tackle themselves.

I also enjoying challenging myself with other peoples exams so I hope that some of you have some topics that I may need to study myself to answer !

I understand that everyone learns different and I am more than happy to accommodate everyone’s needs. I can build study plans around these needs and help you learn as an individual.

I know study isn’t everything. I myself play numerous sports and have spent alot of my spare time travelling Europe ! I will help you understand how you can study around your personal life and show you that you can maintain a healthy balance !

I also have done my Garda Vetting if that is important to you.

About the lesson

Hi, my name is Padraig ! I am currently studying Mechanical Engineering. I spent a lot of time creating study plans and simplifying areas down to help myself, and my friends get through exams. I found I really enjoyed helping people learn and it also benefitted my own learning !

I will use my iPad to go through questions. This means you can send me your own questions and I can show them on my screen and go through your own questions showing you step by step the solution.

I can tailor lessons to each individual student and can explain topics in very simple ways due to having to learn it myself ! I understand why some topics are confusing and I have devoloped personal methods to simplify complicated topics.

I am open to all lesson lengths as I understand too much of anything for a long period of time can actually reduce your ability to learn.

I can tackle any exam questions posed and give detailed solutions. I can also create or find other E apples if you feel that you need more practise.

I am very level headed and I understand it can be difficult reaching out for help. I have time for everybody and would love to help people avoid the struggles I went through learning by myself !

I am happy to tutor anyone up to university level in all areas of maths and physics. I can go beyond with some topics, especially any topics that are engineering based (which is a lot of the physics !)
