• When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?

  French is actually my mother tongue and played a great role in my life as an extra means of communication but also to remind me where I come from and its history.

• What makes you passionate about your subject?

  French is a complex but beautiful and romantic language that I would love to share with others.

• What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?

  Tutoring is a way of sharing knowledge and values where you can see that your efforts bore fruits. I would say patience, meticulousness and love for teaching makes me a "Superprof".

• Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you?

  My grade 3-4 teacher and my mother. The former literally pulled me from Bs to top in class. The latter was my mandarin teacher and she kept pushing me to my limits. I got ranked first in my country for A-level Chinese. I would not have reached where I am today without these two awesome ladies.

• What are your keys to success?

  Hard work, determination and ambition. Quote from the drama series "To the Beautiful You", 'A miracle is another name for hard work' :)
