About Rebecca
As I’ve said I’m a student at one of the top uk drama schools. Training to be a performer can be incredibly taxing on the mind and body so I’ve found ways in my day to day life to keep fit mentally and physically. As someone who knows how tough life can get I want to pass on my tips and tricks for people who Struggle to find the time, energy and motivation to do a work out.

I think keeping fit is very much an all day everyday routine not just in the workout. I would spend time talking about what you want to gain out of a excising. for me it’s to create a healthy body and mind so weather it’s weight los, muscle gain or just fun that’s a big part of all my excercise routines.
