About Ona
I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Australia before moving to England. My mum’s first language is Cantonese, so I grew up bilingual and understand the challenges many second language learners face. Although I speak English at a fully native level, my background helps me explain things clearly to students who are still building confidence. I’m currently studying A-level Politics, Economics, and Psychology and hope to study Law at university. I’m patient, friendly, and enjoy helping students improve. Outside of school, I play football which has taught me teamwork, confidence, and staying motivated.
