I am thrilled to explore Writing/English with you!
With a solid foundation built upon years of academic training and practical experience, I assure you of my professionalism and dedication. I started studying English in High School. I attended Akron Early College High School while simultaneously attending the University of Akron. I graduated with my Associate's Degree in 2020. I continued my education to Southern Southern New Hampshire University, where I am studying currently Creative Writing.
In our journey together, you can expect an exciting and supportive learning environment where your questions are encouraged, your challenges are met with patience and understanding, and your victories are celebrated!

As a Writing/English Tutor, I value a personal and fun approach. I love to create an engaging and memorable experience for my students.
Teaching Method and Techniques:
Interactive Learning: I love to incorporate Q&As and various teaching activities for my students. I am always looking for ways to keep everyone involved.
Adaptability: Every student is different and I like to use various learning styles to explore this with my students. I know that not every student learns the same way and I like to use this to my advantage.
Visual Aids: I use visual aids such as diagrams, charts, and multimedia resources to increase understanding and help engage my students.
Feedback: I provide constructive feedback to help my students identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
Typical Lesson Plan:
Introduction: I like to begin by relating past lesson plans to the current objective. I will also go over a brief introduction to the new lesson plan.
Outline: Here, I will use visual aids and multi-media to outline the main concepts of the new lesson.
Practice: My students engage in hands-on activities, discussions, or problem-solving exercises related to the topic.
Application: I encourage my students to relate this topic to real world examples/scenarios.
The Two R’s: Review and Recap: Following my lesson plans, I like to go over a wrap-up outline that covers everything. I also take this time to clarify any questions or misunderstandings.
