About Umnia
I have experience in teaching English lessons, as well as biology. I am currently volunteering with a non-profit organization to teach English courses. Furthermore, I helped many peers with understanding lessons in high school. Hence, I am well equipped when it comes to comprehending types of learners and the best way to adhere to their comfort levels. Due to my experience, I am able to set an organized plan for each student. I am always open and patient about brainstorming techniques that will ensure and expand my students’ abilities in grasping ideas.

I believe that having an open mindset regarding the way education is communicated is the key to having knowledgeable students. Since, I primarily focus on ages 10-14, my teaching methods surround creativity to enhance their abilities to think above and beyond. I am aiming for a comfortable and inclusive environment. Hence, the lesson plans will depend on each student as an individual and collective learner. This means that I will be noting my students’ behaviours and answers towards questions and conversations. Guardians and students will have the opportunity to discuss any concerns about anything that they feel the need to talk about. I would be happy to accommodate to your needs. :)
