Although I’m still in college, I’ve been able to learn so much about the deaf community and the language through the professors here at CU Boulder. The fact that all CU Boulder ASL professors are deaf guarantees authentic teaching. I’ve been able to learn through their experiences that I hope to pass on to you!

I’ve been taking American Sign Language throughout high school and college. Not only is it really easy to pick up, but has so many benefits to society! When choosing me as your tutor, I’ll be able to teach you the basics that are necessary for conversation. After you’ve learned some vocabulary and the alphabet, we’ll be able to have one-on-one conversation which will be sure to improve your fluency. Then you’ll be ready to have a conversation with someone outside of tutoring if the opportunity arrives!
