About Era Mae
I can reassure my students about my professionalism by being well-prepared, punctual, respectful, and consistent in every lesson. Before each class I will make sure that I understand the lesson objectives and prepare activities if needed that are appropriatefor my student's level and needs. I will also communicate clearly and patiently, listen to my students, and give constructive feedback. I understand that as a tutor, I need to create safe and comfortable learning environment where students can confidently ask questions and make mistake. Although I am still gaining experience as tutor, I will establish my legitimacy through my commitment, preparation, professionalism, and willingness to continuously improve. I believe that when students see that I take their learning seriouslyand genuinely want them to succeed, they will develop trust and confidence.

I would convince my future students to take a lesson with by showing them that learning is an engaging journey where students do not simply complete assignments, but discover new, ideas, apply what they know, and develop skills they can use real life. I want my future students to learn with me because I will make assignments meaningful and not just something they have to submit. I will give them activities that allow them to practice what they learned, think critically, and develop their skills. I will also guide them when they have difficulties and give constructive feedback so they know how they can improve. I want my students to feel that every assignment is a step toward becoming better and more independent learners.
