About Lekang
I am currently serving NS but I have a strong interest in reading and enjoy reading literature in my free time. Taking English literature in JC really made me fall more deeply in love with the subject as I learned to better engage the texts and see the relevance of these works even in today’s world. I hope to spread this joy of reading and of understanding the subject and hopefully help those who may find literature challenging gain a newfound understanding of the subject!

Cover close reading skills and provide key summaries for texts of interest. Learn more about the social context of the time and its implications on the work, as well as contemporaries' views on the work. Will look at adaptations to increase exposure and make learning more enjoyable through film!
