About Omkar
I am a 19-year-old living in Mumbai pursuing my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering at IIT Bombay. I have been competing in competitions for more than 7 years and have taught more than 50 people from all age groups. I currently rank 7th in India and the top 200 in the world. I want to make more people understand that the Rubik's Cube is not just for intelligent people(a misconception) but for everyone.

I teach the beginner's method in a way that is easy to comprehend to the student. I have modified it a bit so that it is easy to transition to the advanced method later on. I start with the basics about the cube and its components and then explain how to use notations to move the different layers in the puzzle. My course curriculum is divided into 5 steps which makes it easy to understand and learn. Learning to solve the cube requires time and patience which I know is a skill required in life as well. I love talking to people(especially kids- as they are eager to learn and older people as they have a lot of knowledge and experience).
