About Jing Wen
I have been giving training to my company employees/ members/ leaders in identifying their uniqueness, communication strategy based on based on real life cases/ scenario.
1. Worked as an Chief Event Coordinator for TV liveshow/ weddings, corporate events since I was 19 while pursuing diploma in mass communication and bachelor in communication (PR & Marketing)
2. Followed by working as a full time employee in CRM & Marketing department in an Germany automotive company while pursing master in communication
3. Now, working at a beauty care company as an assistant director/ GM while pursuing PhD in Philosophy (Media and Communication Studies)
4. Nonetheless, since I was young, I have lots of on stage public speaking experiences; and even now I have experiences in conducting training during on ground events OR even via livestreams.
