I use Hindi+English language and since physiology isn't something volatile so if you understand the concepts use flowcharts(scoring stuff)then you can retain everything better.. And physiology is going to form basis for upcoming subjects like pharmacology pathology and also medicine. So it is really important to understand and retain stuff
