About April

I have been a nutrition and health freak for my whole life. Struggling with severe stomach pain during my childhood and teenage life, dealing with severe weight loss, menstruation issues, and athletic performance. I got my body and mind working and learning faster than ever. Article after article, book after book, podcast after podcast, doctor after doctor, I can tell you I go crazy for it. Studying in this field is a dream come true and yet still in progress to obtaining my degree, I have lots to share and assist you with. I love food, but hate the rules. So with my guide, I'll help you reach your goal and also achieve forever balance and affection for gourmet. After me, not a day will pass by without being fulfilled with life in ultimate happiness with your nutrition.
