Sandile is my friend and we met at university ; we were staying in the same residence. He is not afraid of asking questions in short he is open to learning new things (extrovert), and he is good at communicating with people. He has an experience in tutoring learners, he is good at his work.

Sandile is a great tutor. I remember my first day in his tutorial he made sure that im comfortable before tutorials and from that day I knew I wasn't him as my tutor and no one else. He also goes an extra mile to make sure that I understand the lessons. He sometimes uses logical situations to relate the content in to my understanding. His notes are easy to understand. He sets mini test to check and examine my understanding which I find very useful

He is empathetic, he encourages independence, in a sense that he does not want students to rely on him all the time. He let them know that they must put forth effort to benefit from tutoring. He can explain material in different ways, he understand that not all students understand concept the same way and the first time, and can sense when students do not understand and willingly to try another approach of presenting the material. He is also intelligent so students are in good hands.

Discipline and Hard working. Learners/ student may be able to learn and improve their maths skills from him.

I am impressed by his strict approach to time management and his passion for tutoring others. It's admirable that he started honing his communication skills during high school by helping his classmates. I have personal experience working with him during my first year of undergraduate studies, where he assisted me with mathematics - specifically, statistics and probability. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to excel in these subjects and pass them with flying colors.
