About Erika

I have just completed my 9th year teaching. I have taught grades 3, 5, and 8 in mathematics. I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education with an endorsement in middle level mathematics. I have a master's in learning and technology. I can assist in teaching/supporting students in math from Kindergarten to algebra. I can also support any students currently in an education program.

About the lesson

Guided teaching is my approach. I will guide students through notes and/or explanation of the topic. This will help students see, listen, and do all at once. Then student will do example on own. Based on this, we will adjust the lesson based on any issues that arise.
