I am all about the child and their needs. I use a lot of repetition and visuals. In person I use a lot of hands on materials. I am flexible and allow students move whenever they need a break. My lesson plans will vary depending on the student's needs. I have been teaching for almost 10 years and do have some experience tutoring on the side.
