I am currently, on a path, to one day become a doctor, however in the meantime, have the desire to influence and assist those who find school a little on the tricker side. As nerdy as it may sound, I find learning fun, and want that to be something that everyone is exposed to.

I come from the philosophy, that when teaching is done right, with the right level of enthusiasm, learning can be fun. The game-based model of learning, which employs the use of challenges for active recall of information, is one which is paramount in my tutoring sessions. Typical sessions, can range from an hour to however long a child needs to grasp a concept. Teaching experience of mine, includes that of children between the age ranges of two to sixteen, with an emphasis on supporting children with intellectual disabilities.
