About Emily
My name is Emily, I am currently a university student studying a Bachelor of Science, in my second year. I am majoring in Ichthyology and Zoology. I am extremely curious about sea life, specifically sharks.
I have 3 younger siblings, which myself and one brother both struggle with ADHD, as well as him struggling with dyslexia, thus giving me patience with students as I understand how learning a new concept can be challenging at times.

I use very visual teaching techniques, I love using bright colours and in depth explaining. I have 3 younger siblings so I'm very patient. I am an extrovert, very welcoming ,bubbly and enthusiastic
My lessons are aimed towards younger students, such as Grade 4 to Grade 10.
A typical lesson with me includes lots of annotations, picture diagrams and in depth explanations.
My home language is English, with a very basic level of Afrikaans.
