About Samuel
I come from a background where access to tutoring just wasn't an option. In school I was being taught to just memorise facts without really understanding what the topics actually meant especially in STEM subjects. That is what I aim to provide with tutoring. Lessons that focus on the topics you don't understand because you either can't memorise all the facts or just don't learn the way they teach in schools and colleges.

I believe in personalised tutoring for each individual. This includes the length of the lesson which can be from 1-2 hrs long. I can work with students who are just starting to their GCSEs to those who are about to do their A-levels. I like to utilise exam-style questions as well as relating topics to real life examples. It won't just be a lesson but a conversation about the subject. With students in the past, I found throwing facts at them just does not work. Context and examples are the focus of my tutoring.
