About Patrick
I’m Paddy, a first year medical student in UCD. I grew up in Dublin, and graduated school here in 2022.
I first started teaching 5th and 6th year students at the start of this year - meaning I’m only very shortly removed from being in their exact shoes.
I started giving classes so I could pass on the tips and tricks I’ve picked up over two years of obsessing over the Leaving Cert to those who need it more, and to (at least partially!) subsidize day to day college existence.
When I’m not staring at a laptop screen, I’m playing varsity basketball with UCD, or playing cricket. I’m also a mildly fanatical NBA fan!

I’ll take students through the same tactical approach to the Leaving Cert that I used.
Believe me, I’m no genius (I was failing 2 subjects in 5th year!), so when I talk about my own successes, I think it demonstrates that anyone can score highly in the Leaving Cert, given the right approach.
I can’t provide in-depth knowledge on material outside the scope of what’s on the course, but I can help students maximize their results through targeted exam-directed preparation.
