About Kevin
In medical school professionalism is literally a part of our grade. Therefore it is already ingrained in me. Regardless, learning and life is a team sport. There is no way either of us would benefit if I wasn’t constructive, inspiring, and reassuring. I believe all people don’t know their true potential and I love helping build people up to the point they impress themselves! This is a nonjudgmental, non-confrontational, and friendly learning environment. Plus, I don’t have it in me to be mean. School is mean enough at times!

I teach in simple terms. I am not here to make already difficult topics harder by throwing jargon at you or acting pompous. I like to use fun correlations to everyday life to describe complex topics. I will never judge you, and I want learning to be conversational. My goal is to have you teach me in the end! In medicine we use the philosophy “See one. Do one. Teach one” - it helps display true understanding. But just like myself, some things just don’t stick and if you don’t get it right away, we will improvise, adapt, and overcome!
