About Mikah
I have been working with kids since I was 15 and started babysitting and nannying. Then when I turned eighteen I knew going into college that I wanted to work with kids, so I decided to get my degree in Early Childhood Education. While in school I have also worked at a daycare and a special education school where in both I worked with infants to school-aged children. As of the moment, I am a full-time student and work part-time as a Personal Care Attendant for an eleven-year-old with cerebral palsy and as an International Student Home Coordinator.

I create a supportive, loving environment for the student and wants to have the student succeed. What I live by is that my main goal for all students is for them to learn, grow, and adapt with every lesson I teach. I teach kids the basics then scaffold back or forward. I just want the students to be their authentic self.
