About Samara
Hi, I'm Samara! I'm currently a Sociology student at the University of Manchester. I have taken specialised classes in Education, Gender Studies, Politics, Family Life, Sustainability, and Media. I really love Sociology and would be excited to share what I've learnt and give advice about how to tackle the exams. I made TOO MANY revision resources during my GCSEs and A-Levels and would love to share them and help in any way I can. I took AQA A-Level Sociology (Education, Crime, Family & Media), AQA A-Level History (The Tudors 1485- 1603, Democracy & Nazism: Germany 1918- 1945) and received two A*s! I also took AQA GCSE History (America, 1920–1973: Opportunity and inequality, Conflict and tension: the inter-war years, 1918–1939, and Elizabethan England, c1568–1603) and received Grade 8. - Lots of posters, diagrams, and slideshows for visual learners. - Experience tutoring peers during GCSE and A-Level exam seasons. - Currently tutoring my sisters in Year 10 and 12 for GCSEs and A-Levels (so lots of revision resources to share!) - Length of lesson around 40 minutes- 1 hour. - Lessons for Year 10s/ Year 12s who would like to revise and prepare over Summer 2025 for mocks and GCSEs.
