About Sean
" I rather die trying than not try at all" is a saying that really describes me as a person. I am someone who is willing to do anything to reach a goal. This is the same when i am helping you to reach your goal. we are a team now and by any means i will help you reach that dream version of yourself. seriousness aside I am a fun and enjoyable person to work with as I often put myself in others' shoes and try to understand their situation and needs.

my sessions are creative using whatever is available to you currently, no matter it is at home, in the gym, outside in the park, I can make the most out of it while making it fun! My journey as a professional footballer sets me apart from the other trainers I use creative methods to improve movements and performance in sports. I often think about distinctive exercises to help individuals based on their profiles. Since covid, i have started to teach clients through out all levels and ages online in order to help everyone stay fit and healthy while going through the pandemic. I have worked with people coming back from an injury, elders who needs exercise to stay healthy, people who are trying to lose weight and get in shape, athletes trying to improve areas of their game, kids that are just getting into sports, etc...
