About Isabella
Hi, I'm Isabella and I'm a biochemistry student at Oxford University. I know that science and maths can be a bit of a nightmare for some, but with the right explanation and lots of practice, it can become a piece of cake! I like to know how things work, so science subjects were always my favourites at school and I decided to combine my love of biology and chemistry in persuing biochemistry as a degree. I am eager to share my enthusiasm for these subjects to help others excel through lessons that are both interesting and fun!

If you want to ace your biology or chemistry exams I'm here to help! No matter your current level, I can teach you the tips and tricks to get the grades you want. In my lessons, we'll go over content, look at revision techniques and learn to apply knowledge to exam questions. I conduct my lessons online, mostly in hour long sessions, but this can be flexible if you feel you need more time! I'll give lots of example questions to have a go at and provide model answers so you can see what exam boards are looking for. Having achieved 10x grade 9s at GCSE and 3 A*s in A-level chemistry, biology and maths, I am well acquainted with the content you'll need to know and I'm familiar with most UK exam boards. During school, I spent time voluntarily tutoring year groups further down the school, so I know how to adapt to different learning styles and paces. You know how you learn best so I'll always listen to what you want to gain from our sessions and your feedback!
