I am a current Music Education student at Otterbein University! I have experience working with grades 3-12 in music and music theory, and I have been classically and theatrically trained in voice.

About Lilah
I was a four-year member and Dance Captain of Solon High School's award-winning show choir, Music in Motion. I won Best Treble Soloist for my solo of Into the Unknown (Frozen II) at the 2026 Beavercreek Invitational. I was in the ensemble for The Addams Family, and I performed leading roles in Curtains as Niki Harris, Something Rotten! as Portia, and The Little Mermaid as Ariel. I was nominated for Best Actress at the Playhouse Square Dazzle Awards for my performance as Ariel.
In non-vocal roles, I played Cordelia in Shakespeare's King Lear and Ginny Potter in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. I was also in the ensemble for The Play That Goes Wrong.
Outside of vocals, I am a published author of a novel (The Izinian Shores) and two produced one-act shows (Falling to Greatness and Twice Upon A Time). I am also experienced in stage combat, and I have years of prior experience in dance teaching.
I worked as a choreographer, stage manager, and director for the Solon Center for the Arts. I also did vocal coaching and instrumental coaching for the teen rock band at the Chagrin Valley Music School.
I have a deep passion for music and teaching, and I hope to do this for the rest of my life!

I am well versed in classical, theatrical, jazz, pop, and rock styles and can provide guidance from a vocal and performance aspect. I am also highly trained in music theory and am able to provide theory lessons (at the high school, AP, and college class levels).
I think practical application of skills is an important part of learning. My tutoring will consist less of lecturing and more of trial and error.
I strive to make my learning environment comfortable, safe, and fun! My goal is to spread my love for music and to encourage everyone to keep expanding their knowledge. Anyone can be taught to make music!
