As the 19th Mister North Carolina A&T, I leveraged my background in industrial psychology to create impactful, student-centered tutoring services that enhanced English, reading, and speaking skills. By applying psychological principles of motivation, learning styles, and behavior reinforcement, I tailored tutoring sessions to meet individual student needs, increasing both engagement and retention. I focused on building students' confidence in public speaking and reading comprehension through structured exercises, goal setting, and continuous feedback.
