About Sophia
At the moment, I instruct three learners on average each week. I aspire to be a great tutor, driven by a genuine desire to help students unlock their full potential. My passion extends beyond simply conveying information; I aim to foster a love for learning and empower students to become confident, independent thinkers. I believe my ability to connect with students, adapt to their unique learning styles, and provide personalized support makes me well-suited to guide them on their educational journeys

My lessons are typically an hour long however, they may be adjusted based on what the learner requests. I start by testing skills to see what needs to be worked on, then practice shorter problems to help understand how the student works. I talk through problems with students to give skills and tools to help adapt their thinking.
