About Laila
My name is Laila but most people call me Remy, I've been tutoring since I was in seventh grade, because teaching always has and always will be a passion of mine. I'm currently getting my teaching degree for ELA. For me, it goes beyond just being a teacher but it's also about establishing trust and understanding between me and the student.

I like to tackle lessons as a personalized experience rather than your typical school lessons that are meant to teach a full classroom. My lessons target specific areas of misunderstanding, rather than focusing on memorization I focus on actually understanding the materials using their interests to fully engage their minds.
