As a math tutor, I believe in building a foundation, making math relevant and meaningful. Visual aids, hands-on activities, and specific feedback are some of the approaches to have an interactive and personalized approach. A typical lesson would involve a review, introduction of a new concept, guided practice, practice independently, real-world application, and recap. What makes me unique is my adaptive learning style, patience, enthusiasm, and loads of resource materials. My target lessons are middle to high school levels, where I can help with pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, and pre-calculus.
