About Nikhita
I'm a current undergraduate student at Carnegie Mellon University, double majoring in chemical engineering and biomedical engineering. I scored a 5 on the AP exam for AP Calculus BC, and have taken honors level math classes for all of my time in high school.
Outside of school, two of my favorite hobbies are dance and piano. In college, I'm currently a part of my university's nationally ranked Indian dance team!

These lessons are suitable for middle school and high school students who would like help in subjects like algebra, geometry, or pre-calculus and calculus. These lessons are also helpful for SAT and ACT math preparation.
Practice problems are key! I would like to look at a few examples of a student's past homework assignments or exams and assess their performance and knowledge base. After that, I'll create a lesson plan that focuses on challenging areas for the student while also improving them in areas that they are already quite strong in, so that they don't lose touch with those concepts. I find that practice problems are a great way to tackle unfamiliar concepts, so that will be a staple in my tutoring sessions!
