I am a certified High School English Teacher in the state of Ohio. I am currently working at a local high school but want to expand my reach and help more students. Outside of the classroom I have tutored students both in one-on-one and in group settings, all the way from pre-kindergarten up to dissertation and thesis writing.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in the idea that every student succeeds when they are confident. Confidence is at the core of my teaching; with each activity I create, each lesson we do, everything is rooted in building confidence. When students are confident in themselves, they are more willing to take risks, try challenging tasks, and be okay when they fail the first time.
