About Seb
I am a current 2nd year undergrad. student of French and Russian cultures at Durham University. I have been learning French for 12 years during which I have achieved a grade 8 at GCSE and D1in Cambridge Pre-U (A** A-level equiv.). At university I run a society which conducts language-learning events for local schools, such as translation masterclasses and foreign film interpretation, which is where my previous tutoring experience comes from.

Lessons are completed with use of both oral and written resources with a focus of acquiring the necessary grammar in order to fully comprehend written and spoken French and be able to produce high-level French whether for exam or casual use. Ideally, a lesson last 1hr, however, there is flexibility for 30mins up to 1hr30mins. I am a current 2nd year undergrad of French language and culture and so have recently sat both French GCSE and A-Level meaning that I have good knowledge of what examiners are looking for. I am happy to teach all ages, however, I'm most confident with the GCSE and A-Level curriculum. I am also happy to teach English as a 2nd language to native French children learning English.
